Keeping the people and organisations separate means a more formal relationship can be maintained with the business entity, while allowing you to promote a more personal relationship with the people within a company.
How do I join an existing team in Team Tool?

The administrator of the existing team has an option within the admin menu to send an invitation via to join their team. Just register on the site with the email address they sent the invitation to and you'll be asked if you want to join that team once you've submitted your details.
How does the free trial work?

The 90 day free trial begins once a new team is created. Team members can access the system free for those 90 days, but once the team is 90 days old subscriptions need to be taken out to allow team members to continue to access the system.
What are the limits of the free trial?

There are no limits to the 90 day free trial. You'll have access to the full Team Tool system. Have as many team members as you like and add as many contacts as you can!
